Salient Achievements
The research conducted in this department has produced important findings in the field of Livestock Production and Management which has contributed in following fields:
- Productive and reproductive traits in Indigenous cattle.
- Studies on effect of different housing system, probiotics and non conventional feed additive on growth of indigenous and local goats.
- Behavioural Research on Livestock animals.
- Environmental effect on milk production and body condition.
- Diet supplementation with non conventional feed additive.
